 SKIING TIPS - BEGINNERS

  Save yourself from injuries

Firstly of all, skiing is a very hard and difficult sport which takes more energy than you could imagine. Don’t be afraid, you just need to eat more food than usually and feel normal about it. Everything you eat your body will burn in your muscles at the mountain. Don’t worry about your figure because you will feel better and more satisfied than ever before and you will look fit as well. By spending a whole day skiing, your body will burn more than 5000 calories depending on your activities. This is 2 or 3 times more than you need for normal activities. At the beginning, you'll be exhausted and you will very often want to give up. Stay focused on your goal and try laughing at your own clumsiness. You will experience the pleasure of skiing very soon and here are some tips.
