Emotional stability – a prerequisite for top performance

 

     Emotional stability is a prerequisite for top performance, but also for any success in general. The basis of emotional stability is made of people we can rely on in critical situations, such as our parents, spouses, friends, children, etc. Emotional support is created from early childhood and it has its past, present and future.

     Suggestions that contribute to emotional stability and have a positive impact on motivation:

 

 * Approach things from a number of different angles, everything in life is multisided and multidimensional, one-sidedness is deceiving;

 

 * Find a reason for optimism every day, both on professional and private level;

 

 * Get to know yourself well in order to find out which activities best invigorate your body and mind;

 

 * Find positive friends and distance yourself from negative people;

 

 * Seek advices from the successful ones and find a way to apply and personalize them;

 

 * Practice mental and physical activities in order to maintain a positive rhythm of life, taking care of „physical and mental“ fitness;

 

 * Visualize your goal. People who have a clear goal are harder to give up and they overcome obstacles  more easily.
