The golden rule of efficiency is self-discipline. Tom Hopkins, who talks in his books about motivation in a very plastic and concrete way, points out as a key formula for success – it is crucial for success that you do what is most productive that very moment. Maybe sitting in an office, administrative work or sipping coffee with colleagues isn’t the most productive thing for you at a certain moment. However, keep in mind that the most productive thing you can do at a certain point does not always have to imply making money.
At times, the most productive activities are relaxation and rest which are essential for the productivity of mind and body.
